Warranty & Returns

We offer a 1 Year Warranty and a 2 year optional on all of our products. If you experience any issues with your NetCable TV android tv box, please give us a call first to see if we can help diagnose the issue over the phone. If we cannot fix the issue, we will exchange your player for a new one or rebuilt one (at our discretion). This does not include any items that have water damage or any physical damage.

The process for returns is as follows:

  1. Contact our Customer Service at 786-270-6686.
  2. We will determine if you your concern can be remedied over the phone or if needs to be returned. If you are, we will send you a RMA# to include in your return package. For returns, we will ship them back via USPS so putting them in your mailbox is the easiest way for them to be sent back to us.
  3. If an item is returned without authorization you will be shipping your unauthorized item back.
  4. Once we receive the return, we will process it accordingly. The process time takes approximately 2-3 business days.
    Return shipping costs for items returned for a refund within 30 days are paid for by the customer. Items returned to us after the 30 day window will not be refunded. We are not able to refund the shipping costs to return the product after the first 30 days.

Please remove any remote control dongles, SD cards, and anything else that is plugged into your unit before shipping it back to us. We are not responsible for any lost items that are sent back with returned units. Also, be sure to do a factory reset on your box to clear any personal data that may be stored on your unit.

Important: NetCable TV customers must have 20 Mbps minimum and 30 Mbps or above being the sweet spot. If you do not have these required speeds your AirNet TV will not work correctly and will not be considered a warranty issue. AirNet TV does not warranty or provide support on any 3rd party add-ons within the KODI application. These add-ons are serviced, owned, and operated by 3rd party companies that have no affiliation with NetCable TV. Do not contact KODI directly as they have no affiliation with NetCableTV or any 3rd party add-on developer. If you are experiencing issues with any add-ons within KODI, please contact the developer directly.

Third party applications like Kodi, Terrarium TV, TeaTV,  Showbox, MegaBox, Movies HD, Mobdro, are developed by third party developers that have no affiliation with NetCable TV. These applications are what we call streaming apps. They are loaded and used by many people from all over the world. Buffering via these apps has nothing to do with the AirNet TV unit in any way. It is simply that the application cannot give you enough data to stream the video without buffering from time to time.
